Sub :-Periodical review of SBCO Branch and ICO (SB) in the Gujarat Circle.

Respected Sir,                                        

           The work is increased considerably due to new arrangement of working procedure vide SB order No. 14 dated 19-10-2015. And further addendum. Post office has closed SO SB branch in many HOs as directorate order but spare man power is not redeployed at SBCO branch in many HO in the Gujarat circle. work Of SOSB transfer to SBCO ie. Consolidation of all categories for all offices, segregate lot and vouchers, also make category wise bundle of LOT and vouchers, also fundamental work of SBCO as per control procedure is badly effect due to extra work of SO SB branch. So position of SBCO staff is very bad and performed his duty under pressure. Local authority can`t providing man power to SBCO branch out of sanctioned staff clear vacant since long in many offices.

As new environment of FINACLE, SBCO staff is very confused due to non awareness of new software, system and proper auditor training at PTC.

All above reasons and working procedure of SBCO and ICO (SB), it is needed to require periodical review in the Gujarat circle.          

Presently working strength of PA SBCO is 83, LSG is 9, HSGII is 4 total 96 in the Gujarat circle and since pro longed out of sanction strength respectively 162+19+4+3=188 as per gradation list of SBCO published in 2010. Near above 50% posts are lying vacant at present

P R case of SBCO branch was not taken by the administration since many years in the Gujarat circle.     

            You are further kind request to arrange and take up the PR case of all SBCO branch and ICO (SB) in the Gujarat circle and necessary action can be taken for providing sufficient man power if additional work is justified.
